Registration

The fees include €1.56 per participant per day charged by Metsähallitus for the use of structures in its areas.

• Changes to registrations (series changes, Emit card number changes) are free of charge until June 10, 2026. Competitors can make these changes themselves in Irma. After this date, changes must be notified by email to saka.suunnistus@gmail.com. A fee of €10 per competitor will be charged for changes.
• Series changes are subject to the prices of the registration stage at which the participant first registered for the event.
• If a competitor cancels their participation during the registration period, the participation fee will be refunded. An administrative fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations.
• Cancellations after June 14, 2026 are no longer possible. No refunds will be given.
• If the participant has paid the participation fee with a sports benefit ( fe. Epassi), we cannot refund the payment in case of cancellation, in accordance with the Tax Administration’s guidelines.
• Please note! If you do not have a valid competition license for this year but would like to take advantage of the discounted prices for the first registration phase, please register with Irma, after which you can register for the competition. Series information and Emit numbers can be updated until June 10, 2026!
